How to Use the Touch Screen

• The unit should have its power on.  If it does not please see a member of the Museum's Staff.

• If the unit is not displaying the language version you want to use, touch the language you prefer with your fingertip.

• The unit should be displaying the "Home" page.  If it is not please touch lightly with your fingertip the word "HOME" at the bottom of the page.

• Please be careful to only use your fingertip and never your finger nail.

• From the Home screen you may touch any topic of interest to you.

• You may always return to the Home screen by touching the word HOME at the bottom of any screen.

• When multiple pages on a topic are available, you will find forward and back arrows that allow you to go to the next page or back to the previous.

Throughout the exhibit room you will find small cards that look like this   Whenever you see this card you will be able to find additional information about that area of the exhibit space.  Make note of the number next to the image and go to either touch screen unit.  Touch "Detail Index" near the top of the screen.  A list of icons will appear.  Touch the one with the number from the card you noted and a new screen will be shown with the details from that part of the exhibit.
