TOPIC: “Exhibiting Our Polish Heritage”

Create a pictorial exhibit on Polish Heritage. Examples are: Polish Folk Art, Polish Folk Costumes, famous Polish artists, writers, scientists, movie stars or famous Polish buildings or sculptures found in Poland or in the United States.

Use any art medium. Be creative! Be colorful!

The size of your artwork should be poster size but no larger than 14 in. x 22 in.  

DEADLINE for entries: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2008

PRIZES: 1st -$100, 2nd -$75, 3rd-$50, Hon. Mention -$25

Prizes will be awarded in four grade categories: K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12 at the Polish American Heritage Program on Sunday, October 12, 2008 starting at 1:00 p.m. in the Great Hall of The Polish Museum of America, 984 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL.  All are invited to attend.

All entries will be on display at The Polish Museum of America, 984 N. Milwaukee Ave.,

Chicago, Illinois 60642 during the month of October.  All artwork will become the property of the PMA.
