Relax and enjoy learning how to make the delicious Polish filled-dumplings
that
everyone enjoys so much. Keep this Polish tradition alive.
Demonstration will show how to:
• Prepare and roll out the dough
• Make various fillings
.. Seal the filling in the dough and
• Cook and garnish the pierogi

.. Participants get to taste a variety of pierogi; beverages will be served.
.. Recipes will be given to each participant
.. A variety of cookbooks and pierogi (which can be frozen for Christmas)
will be available for purchase

older
