Pisanki and Palm Weaving Workshops - 2012Prepare for Easter with The PMA — Saturday, March 31, 2012 The PMA will offer the annual workshop on the art of intricate arts of Polish egg decorating (pisanki) and palm weaving on Saturday, March 31, 2011 in the Social Hall of The Polish Roman Catholic Union. Pisanki workshop – 10am-12N; Palm Weaving workshop - 1-3 pm. Children over 8 years of age can join the adults in pisanki and palm weaving. Come for the day, and participate in both sessions, or only one. Children participating must be at least 8 years old, and parents/relatives must remain with the children. Please note; the cost for all participants is the same, as the materials are quite expensive, and instructors’ fees are included. Payment must be received before the day of the Workshop. Walk-ins may be turned away. Build-a-sandwich lunch will be served. Space is limited. Parking is free.
