Chlopamania

Chłopomania or Khlopomanstvo (Cyrillic: Хлопоманство) is a historical and literary term inspired by the Young Poland modernist movement and the Ukrainian Community (Hromada). The expression refers to the late-19th-century Galician and the Right-bank Ukraine intelligentsia’s fascination with, and interest in, the peasantry.
