The Polish American Youth Council (PAYC) is working to organize the next generation of Polish-American leaders in Chicago. Looking to get more young folks involved w/ the Polish Museum of America (PMA), PAYC along with event cohost Daniel Pogorzelski are presenting “Youth Night” at the PMA on the evening of Thursday, January 22. Supported by the PMA, Polish and Slavic Federal Credit Union, as well as the Polish American Congress- IL Division, the event will begin at 6PM and go until 8:30PM.
PAYC was founded in 2018. Since 2020 they have been the chief organizer and host of 6 NEXT: Talks for the Future Generation Conferences. The leadership of the PAYC consists of President and Founder Michael Sowacki, Co- Founder and Public Relations Coordinator Anita Mikolajczyk, Treasurer Camille Kuru, along with board members Michael Mikolajczyk and Paul Putiatycki.
