On May 3, 2025, right after the Polish Parade, the Polish Museum of America had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished group from Pałac Komierowo, a renowned resort in northern Poland. The delegation was led by Piotr Komierowski, a proud descendant of a noble family whose roots trace back to the era of Bolesław Chrobry.

During the visit, Piotr Komierowski generously donated a special publication to the Museum, titled Komierowscy. Ród stary jak Polska (Komierowscy. A Family as Old as Poland), offering an in-depth look at the rich and storied history of his lineage.

Guests were guided through the Museum’s extensive collection by Ryszard Owsiany and Barbara Kożuchowska, who provided insights into the Polish-American heritage preserved within its walls.

W dniu 3 maja 2025 roku, tuż po zakończeniu polskiej parady, muzeum odwiedziła grupa osób związanych z Pałacem Komierowo, znanym ośrodkiem wypoczynkowym w północnej Polsce, której przewodniczył Piotr Komierowski, potomek rodu o historii sięgającej czasów Bolesława Chrobrego.

Piotr Komierowski przekazał na rzecz Muzeum publikację poświęconą historii swojego rodu: Komierowscy. Ród stary jak Polska.

W trakcie wizyty goście zostali zapoznani z kolekcją muzealną pod przewodnictwem Ryszarda Owsianego oraz Barbary Kożuchowskiej.
