The PMA mourns the loss of PMA Member and Volunteer Gregory W. Stepanek.

Gregory W. Stepanek, 67 of Berwyn formerly Cicero, beloved only child of the late Edward Jonathon Stepanek "Szczepanik" and late Dorothy Matilda née Bajor; dearest cousin of Bruce (Stephanie) and John (Maureen) Bajor, Donna (Mark) Myrda, Timothy Bajor, Denise Lubawski, Gary and the late Dennis Ptasynski; great uncle and cousin to many. Greg was a Publications Rep with the Chicago Transit Authority and previously spent 23 years as an elementary school band director with the Archdiocese of Chicago, Co-Founder of the Notre Dame Community Youth Band Program in Niles, past member of the National Catholic Band Assn. Voting member of the IL Railway Museum in Union, IL, Member of the Polish National Alliance and Polish Roman Catholic Union of America.

Visitation Friday, Sept. 3, 3 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. till time of services at 10:00 a.m. at Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home 80 E. Burlington St. Riverside to St. Edmund Church, Oak Park, Mass 11:00 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Funeral info www.moravecek.com or 708-447-2261.
