Erazm Jerzmanowski – TVP Historia

Exciting things are happening at the PMA today!

Maria Guzy, Beata Merkowska, Jeremi Grzywa, and Piotr Grymek--production team from the Kraków branch of TVP Historia--are here recording a program entitled, "Filantrop: Erazm Jerzmanowski, Wielki Zampomniany" ("Philanthropist: Erazm Jerzmanowski, the Great Forgotten").

Erazm Jerzmanowski was an industrialist and patron of art born in Tomisławice in 1844. After founding gas companies in Chicago and Baltimore, he became the richest Pole in the United States and one of the richest Americans at the time.

To learn more about this influential man's legacy, you'll just have to tune in and see (details coming!).
