Our cooperation with the Polish Army Veterans Association of America (PAVA) Post 90 has a long history. It took on a deeper meaning in 2018 when the PMA presented the exhibition: Polonia Goes to War - 100 Years of Poland’s Independence.
Additionally, on November 12, 2021, members and representatives of PAVA Post 90 joined the PMA for the formal opening of the exhibit: 100th Anniversary of the Polish Army Veterans Association of America (PAVA). Drawing the interest of PAVA Post 90 Commander Andrzej Janczak, this led to further cooperation and resulted in two donations in March and May 2022 (donation numbers 17/2022 and 52/2022, respectively).
Within the donation, the PMA received a selection of books, files, minutes, correspondence, membership lists, publications, banners, and uniforms, cataloged across the respective departments.
During a ceremony held at the museum on August 29, 2022, PAVA Post 90 presented the PMA with a generous financial donation of $20,000. PAVA Post 90 was represented by Andrzej Janczak, Commander; Tomasz Dąbrowski, Deputy Commander and Financial Secretary; and Bogdan Strumiński, Supporting Member. Present on behalf of the PMA were: Richard Owsiany, President; James Robaczewski, Board Chair; Micheline Jaminski, Board Vice Chair; Małgorzata Kot, Managing Director; Malgorzata Palka, Board Director; as well as PMA staff and volunteers.
Commander Janczak, on behalf of PAVA Post 90, entrusted the PMA with this donation to preserve the history and pass on knowledge about the Polish Army Veterans Association of America and support the PMA. President Owsiany confirmed the PMA will use these funds to fulfill this stated goal.

Współpraca MPA z 90 Placówką SWAP trwa od dawna. Nabrała tempa, gdy Muzeum prezentowało wystawę „Polonia rusza do boju. 100 lat Niepodległości – Polonia Goes to War - 100 Years of Poland's Independence” w 2018 roku.
12 listopada 2021, z okazji rocznicy założenia Stowarzyszenia Weteranów Armii Polskiej w Ameryce (SWAP) została otwarta w MPA wystawa, która szczególnie zainteresowała komendanta 90 Placówki SWAP, Andrzeja Janczaka oraz zaowocowała przekazaniem darów w marcu i maju 2022. MPA otrzymało akta, protokoły, korespondencję, zdjęcia, listę członkowską, sztandary, mundury oraz wybór książek skatalogowane w bazie PastPerfect pod numerem 2022 – 049 oraz w katalogach bibliotecznym i archiwalnym.
Podczas uroczystości w dniu 29 sierpnia 2022 czek z darem o wysokości 20.000 $ przekazali MPA: Andrzej Janczak, komendant 90 Placówki SWAP; Tomasz Dąbrowski, wicekomendant i sekretarz finansowy 90 Placówki SWAP; Bogdan Strumiński, członek wspierający 90 Placówki SWAP.
Muzeum na uroczystości reprezentowali: Ryszard Owsiany, prezes; Jim Robaczewski, przewodniczący Rady Dyrektorów MPA, Micheline Jaminski, wiceprzewodnicząca Rady Dyrektorów MPA, Małgorzata Kot, dyrektor zarządzająca; Malgorzata Palka, członkini Rady Dyrektorów MPA oraz pracownicy i wolontariusze placówki.
Komendant Andrzej Janczak, w imieniu członków Placówki 90, przekazał MPA fundusze, które mają posłużyć upowszechnianiu wiedzy na temat SWAP oraz wesprzeć MPA. Prezes Ryszard Owsiany zapewnił o pamięci o SWAP i potwierdził, że MPA wykorzysta te środki na realizację założonego celu.
